We purchased our Grandee in 2010 and it’s now going on 5 years of use. Maintenance has been good – we’ve had a few minor issues and Hot Spring’s addressed them immediately and to our full satisfaction. We had the ACE option installed in ours and that’s made the tub a very low maintenance items for us. We have to remember to set it to the lowest settings during periods of low use, otherwise the ACE system cranks out a bit too much chlorine. We’ve experienced one small leak from the heater assembly after 4 years of operation but that was fixed within 48 hours under warranty. Generally the consumables are just a little pricey – particularly the Vanishing ACT hardness reducer, but overall I’d have to say our operating costs are in line with our expectations. We were also worried initially that our electric bill would increase but we actually hardly notice the impact. This tub runs extremely quiet and 4-6 people can comfortably fit in it. We’ve gotten years of use and if I had to do it over again, I would buy exactly the same tub. However, I imagine we’ll have this one for many more years to come. And don’t overlook those moto-massage jets – just the thing after a long day at work.

Our store hours are Monday – Saturday 9am – 5pm and Sunday 10am – 2pm.
We will continue to offer drop off water testing, curbside pickup, delivery and private or virtual appointments for those of you that prefer.
Drop Off Water Testing Instructions –
There is a black drop off box located at the front door where you will find instructions for leaving your sample. Due to the high volume of customers using this service, please allow 24 hours for the water test to be complete. Your results will be emailed to you.
Curbside pickup and Delivery –
Orders can be placed by calling the store at 401-461-8700, or emailing. Please note, a delivery charge will apply for deliveries. If all of our sales associates are busy and you get our voicemail, please be sure to leave your full name and phone number so we can contact you to confirm the order. Payment will be required at the time of the order confirmation. We can accept any credit card with the exception of American Express. Once your order has been confirmed and paid for, we will give you a time for pickup. Curbside pickup is located at the front of the store. A staff member will bring your order to your vehicle.

Please call the store to schedule service. Additionally, for anyone considering a Hot Tub, Pool or Sauna purchase, we are offering virtual product tours. These can be booked directly through our Facebook page or by calling the store.
